My Story, My Voice, My Future 🏆

At the beginning of ninth grade, Mariana wanted to become more independent and more confident when expressing her ideas. During the year, she made several small changes. She started organizing her homework earlier, reduced the time she spent on social media while studying and participated more often in class discussions. She has also tried new experiences, including a school debate and a community clean-up day. At first, speaking in front of other students made her nervous, but the debate helped her realize that preparation makes a difference. The community project also changed the way she thinks about local problems. She now believes young people can help improve their surroundings when they work together. Next year, Mariana is going to continue practicing English and hopes to join another school project. She says she still has many goals, but she has learned that progress usually starts with one small decision.
